MATAR BUTTER PANEER MASALA RECIPE
Paneer 250 gram
Green Peas 1 bowl
Dry Red Chilli 4 – 5
Green Chilli 2
Cashew Nuts 10 piece
Melon Seeds 4 – 5 table Spoon
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 table Spoon
Amul Butter 100 Gram
Cumin Seed 1 table spoon
Mustard seed 1/2 table spoon
Red Chili Powder 2 table spoon
Deggi Mirch 1/2 table spoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 table spoon
Garam Masala 1 table spoon
Coriander Powder 1 table spoon
Dried Fenugreek leaves) 1 table spoon

MATAR BUTTER PANEER MASALA RECIPE PREPARATION
1 – Cut the onions into large piece and boil it with tomatoes. After boiling, cool it first and than make a paste in mixer jar including dried red chilies.
2- Now heat the oil in a pan or kadai and then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds to it. After then pour Cashew Nuts and Melon Seeds paste. Before using Cashew Nuts and Melon Seeds paste soak then for one hour. Saute the paste until it release some oil.
3- After that add onion, tomato, ginger and garlic paste and cook till oil separates.
4- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and cook for a while.
5- After separating oil add butter in it and saute the masala.
6 – Then add some crushed paneer pieces in it
7 – Now add some water and then put Green Peas in it.
8 – And finally put pieces of Paneer and four table spoon cream and cook it 15 minutes with low heat.
9 – Finally MATAR BUTTER PANEER MASALA is ready.
10 – Serve Matar butter paneer masal with rice and bread.
